FROM 11.59pm on 23 September to be eligible for the Specified Worker (Multiple Entry) Permit, freight workers entering Victoria from extreme risk zones and red zones will be required to:
have had at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine by 23 September 2021, OR
carry evidence that they have booked an appointment to receive their first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine by 11:59pm on 7 October 2021, OR
have a medical exemption evidenced by a medical practitioner

FROM 11:59pm on 7 October, all freight workers entering Victoria from extreme risk zones and red zones will need to have:
had at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine OR
have a medical exemption evidenced by a medical practitioner in order to be eligible for the Specified Worker (Multiple Entry) Permit.

Freight workers with Specified Worker (Multiple Entry) Permits can receive a priority booking for COVID vaccinations and should call 1800 675 398 to book in at any state vaccination centre.
