SEQ: Cunningham Highway, Cunninghams Gap between Mount Edwards and Tregony

On the Cunningham Highway at Cunninghams Gap, nightly stop/slow traffic conditions will be in place for bulk excavation works.
From 6pm until 6am the following day, stop/slow traffic conditions will occur from:
- Sunday 30 March until Friday 4 April 2025 and
- Sunday 6 April until Friday 11 April 2025.
Electronic roadside signage is in place to notify road users. A reduced speed limit of 40km/hr will be in place with traffic control onsite for the safety of road users and work crews.

Oversize Overmass (OSOM) heavy vehicle/ combinations must check the Conditions of Operation Database before starting your journey.
Weather or site conditions can impact works, delaying start and finish schedules.
Reconstruction works on the Cunningham Highway at Cunninghams Gap are part of the Natural Disaster Program for the South Coast Region. Recovery works are jointly funded by the Australian and Queensland Governments through the Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements (DRFA).
