Road Conditions NSW: Changed traffic conditions on Hume Highway at Conroys Gap

From Monday 20 February for approximately 2 weeks, single lane closures will be put in place on the Hume Highway southbound between Burley Griffin Way and Paynes Road at Conroys Gap (weather permitting). 

Work will be carried out between 7am to 6pm on weekdays and 8am to 1pm on Saturdays. 

Rest Area Closed

Conroy's Gap Southbound Rest Area will be closed from Monday 20 February until Saturday 25 February. 

The closest alternative is the southbound rest area located at Burley Griffin Way intersection (3.5km North of Conroy's Gap, before work site). Alternatively, there is a southbound rest area (18km south of Conroy's Gap, after work site).  

Oversize and Overmass (OSOM) vehicle staging area

OSOM vehicles will be required to pull over at the staging area and contact traffic control on UHF Channel 20 for assistance though the work site.
