Road Conditions NSW: Changed traffic conditions on Hexham Bridge at Hexham

There will be changed traffic conditions for Oversize and Overmass (OSOM) vehicles southbound on Hexham Bridge at Hexham, weather permitting. 

Work will be carried out from 9pm to 5am on the following days:

• Sunday 17 to Wednesday 20 November
• Sunday 24 to Tuesday 26 November 

OSOM operators with ground contact width wider than 3.2 metres and/or width greater than 4.5 metres are advised to contact the project team on 0428 259 730 at least five days ahead of movement to avoid significant delays.

Vehicles travelling under permit must not travel off the approved route listed in the permit unless an updated permit is obtained from the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator (NHVR).

All vehicles travelling to Maitland will be detoured over the northbound bridge and can utilise the temporary U-Turn bay provided during our work to continue your journey.
