NSW Traffic Alert: Temporary road closures on the Great Western Highway

The Great Western Highway will be closed westbound at Mount Victoria on Tuesday 30 August and is expected to take four nights. Works will be carried out between 8pm and 5am each night, due to essential geotechnical work. 

OSOM movements will be permitted through site but are required to contact prior to arrival. Contact can be made on UHF 40 or 0427 620 056.

A detour (see below) will be in place via Darling Causeway and Chifley Road for all westbound traffic during this time. Please allow up to an additional 15 minutes travel time for the detour.
