NSW Traffic Alert: M1 Pacific Motorway overnight closures

There will be temporary overnight closures on the M1 Pacific Motorway between the Hunter Expressway and the John Renshaw Drive intersection, weather permitting.

Closures will take place between 7.30pm and 4.30am on the following days:

Northbound

• Sunday 16 March
• Monday 17 March
• Tuesday 18 March

Southbound

• Wednesday 19 March
• Thursday 20 March

During these closures, a detour will be in place and is expected to add up to 15 minutes travel time.

Operators of Class 1,2 and 3 vehicles travelling under a permit must not travel off the approved route listed in the permit unless an updated permit is obtained from the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator (NHVR).

Contingency dates are planned from Sunday 23 to Thursday 27 March.
