2022 Queensland Transport and Roads Investment Program Industry Briefing
The Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) would like to invite you to register for the 2022 Queensland Transport and Roads Investment Program (QTRIP) Industry Briefing. This year there are four events being held across the state, details are as follows:
- 23 August 2022, QTRIP Industry Briefing Brisbane (in-person 150 tickets available and livestream) at 61 Mary Street, Brisbane from 9:30am – 12:30pm.
- 24 August 2022, QTRIP Industry Briefing Toowoomba (in-person only 200 tickets available) at Highfields Cultural Centre, O'Brien Road, Highfields from 9:30am – 12:30pm.
- 25 August 2022, QTRIP Industry Briefing Rockhampton (in-person only 200 tickets available) at Rockhampton Leagues Club, Cambridge St, Rockhampton from 9:30am – 12:30pm.
- 26 August 2022, QTRIP Industry Briefing Townsville (in-person only 200 tickets available) at Country Bank Stadium, 2 Pride Close, Railway Estate from 9:30am – 12:30pm.
The 2022 QTRIP Industry Briefing will be hosted by Dennis Walsh, Acting Deputy Director-General (Infrastructure Management and Delivery) and will outline current and future departmental initiatives, an update on the Transport System Planning Program, the Collaborative Transport Infrastructure Program and Maritime Safety Queensland. As well as presentations from TMR's Regional Directors highlight significant projects and packages of work to be released to industry during 2022-23, the likely budgets available and the timing of the work entering the market.
Following the conclusion of these events, all presentations and the recorded Brisbane livestream will be uploaded onto TMR's QTRIP website, and ready for viewing between Friday 26 August until Friday 30 September 2022.
The event information has now been posted on QTender and is ready for attendees to register through Eventbrite for in-person or livestreamed attendance.
Note:
Registrations for the in-person events close at 5pm on 12 August 2022.
Registrations for the Brisbane livestream event will close at 9.30am on 23 August 2022.
