OHS Alert-EU follows first-of-its-kind fatality prosecution

A PCBU that was accused of safety failings that led to a delivery driver being killed by a runaway forklift has entered an $853,000 enforceable undertaking (EU), in a matter that also resulted in a first-of-its-kind double prosecution of a worker, who was originally charged with manslaughter.
