A Step Closer to Minimum Conditions and Entitlements for Independent Courier Drivers

On Friday 28 October 2022, The Queensland Government passed the Industrial Relations and Other Legislation Amendment Bill 2022, providing a future pathway to set minimum conditions and entitlements for independent courier drivers. While the bill waits assent, changes effecting independent courier drivers still require further federal approval, which may come.
