SEQ: Cunningham Highway at Cunninghams Gap Between Mount Edwards and Tregony

On the Cunningham Highway at Cunninghams Gap (east from the Bellbird Rest Area), traffic will be under a single lane with stop/slow conditions, from 6pm on Friday, 7 February until 4am on Saturday, 8 February 2025.

A reduced speed limit of 40km/hr will be in place with traffic control for the safety of road users and work crews delivering road inspection and vegetation works.

Oversize Overmass (OSOM) heavy vehicle/ combinations must check the Conditions of Operation Database before starting your journey.

Weather or site conditions can impact works, delaying start and finish schedules.

Reconstruction works on the Cunningham Highway at Cunninghams Gap are part of the Natural Disaster Program for the South Coast Region.   Recovery works are jointly funded by the Australian and Queensland Government through the Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements (DRFA).
