Road Conditions Update: NQ-Burdekin River Bridge at Home Hill

Night works: Bruce Highway lane closures and width restrictions

Wednesday 30 August to Friday 1 September 2023

TMR would like to advise that night works to undertake general maintenance on the Burdekin River Bridge at Home Hill will occur nightly from Wednesday 30 August to Friday 1 September 2023 between 7.30pm and 5am.

There will be single lane closures during the maintenance works and oversize vehicles or wide loads of 3.4m wide or greater will be unable to cross the Burdekin River Bridge.

Information about traffic impacts on the Bruce Highway during these works can be found in the attached flyer. All work is subject to construction progress and weather conditions.
