Road Conditions: Port Alert - Gateway Motorway Full Ramp Closures Sunday 2 to Wednesday 5 April (overnight)

Important information provided by Transurban

From this weekend Transurban will be completing maintenance works at various locations on the Gateway Motorway.

To get these works done as quickly and safely as possible, there will be:

• a full ramp closure on the Port of Brisbane Motorway, Southbound On-Ramp to the Gateway Motorway from 8:00pm to 5:00am, 2 April to 3 April 2023 (overnight)
• a full ramp closure on the Port of Brisbane Motorway Northbound On-Ramp to the Gateway Motorway from 8:00pm to 5:00am, 4 April to 5 April 2023 (overnight)

If the weather stops us from working, we’ll continue on the next available shift.

A Conditions of Operations Database notification has been filed with DTMR as per the dates and locations above.

Detour information provided by Transurban

Port of Brisbane Motorway Southbound to Gateway Motorway Detour:               
1.       Exit via Port of Brisbane Northbound Ramp onto the Gateway Northbound
2.       Travel over the Gateway Bridge and Proceed to Kingsford Smith Drive Exit – EXIT 106
3.       Perform a 180 turn to re-enter the Gateway Southbound according to detour signage.

Port of Brisbane Motorway Northbound to Gateway Motorway Detour:               
1.       Exit via Port of Brisbane Southbound Ramp onto the Gateway Southbound  
2.       Proceed to Wynnum Road Exit – EXIT 100
3.       Perform a 180 turn to re-enter the Gateway Northbound according to detour signage.
