Road Conditions NSW: Changed traffic conditions on the M7 Motorway at Rooty Hill (3-17 Dec)

There will be changed traffic conditions on the M7 Motorway at Rooty Hill from Tuesday 3 December to Tuesday 17 December, weather permitting.

To minimise the disruption to road users the work will be carried out at night between 9pm Monday evening and 5am Friday morning.

There will be temporary lane, road and ramp closures northbound along the M7 Motorway between the M4 Motorway and Power Street on the following dates to carry out this work:

• Wednesday 4 December
• Thursday 5 December
• Monday 9 December
• Tuesday 10 December
• Wednesday 11 December and Thursday 12 December (Contingency dates)

Heavy vehicle detours will be via M4 Motorway, Roper Road, Carlisle Avenue, Woodstock Avenue, Rooty Hill Road North and Power Street when the M7 Motorway closures are taking place. This detour route is suitable for Oversize Overmass (OSOM) under notice.

Please note vehicles travelling under a permit must not travel off the approved route listed in the permit unless an updated permit is obtained from the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator.
