The Respect@Work Amendment Bill to become law

The Australian Government is set to make further changes to the Fair Work and Sex Discrimination Acts to address sex-based harassment and discrimination in the workplace. These changes were proposed through the Sex Discrimination and Fair Work (Respect At Work) Amendment Bill 2021, which has now passed Parliament.
