The Respect@Work Amendment Bill and its potential impacts
The Australian Government is set to make further changes to the Fair Work Ac and Sex Discrimination to address sex-based harassment and discrimination in the workplace. These changes are proposed through the Sex Discrimination and Fair Work (Respect At Work) Amendment Bill 2021, currently before Parliament. Should the Bill pass, here is what you can expect.
