QLD-Tiaro-Upgrade a section of Mungar Road from 30/9/24

TMR is undertaking works to upgrade a section of Mungar Road at Tiaro from 30 September 2024.

Works will soon commence to widen the 1.74km section of Mungar Road between Glenbar Road and Thiess Road.
The works involve widening the last remaining narrow single lane section of Mungar Road to a two lane sealed section.

The works will improve safety and rideability for both passenger and heavy vehicles travelling along this section of Mungar Road.
