NSW: Permanent road closures and changed traffic conditions in Parkes

Permanent road closures will take place from Wednesday 5 February in Parkes as part of the construction of the Parkes Bypass at the following locations:
- Thomas Street between Reedsdale Road and Moulden Street
- a section of Moudlen Street between Condobolin and Back Trundle Roads.
Note: Ross Road will reopen on Wednesday 5 February which will provide access to Back Trundle Road while Victoria Street Bridge continues to be constructed.
A section of Condobolin Road between Ross Road and Hartigan Avenue continues to be reduced to one lane under stop slow conditions while Condobolin Road is upgraded. Work will be in place from Wednesday 5 February, Monday to Friday 7am to 6pm and Saturdays 8am to 6pm. Work is expected to take five weeks to complete, weather permitting.
During this time, Oversize Overmass (OSOM) vehicles wider than 3.5 metres will be detoured via Condobolin Road or Hartigan Avenue. Additional OSOM access will be via Victoria and McGlynn Streets.
