2021 has certainly been a year to remember with COVID continuing to impact our lives.   As vaccinations started to roll out, the virus swept communities which forced many parts of the country into lockdowns with little or no return to normal for many.

As people endeavoured to go back to the office in the first quarter of the year, we saw the southern states enter large periods of lockdown where border entry requirements changed state-by-state, almost on a weekly basis which caused a great deal of grief for drivers who were trying to comply with newly introduced mandatory testing arrangements. This was an intense period where it was criticial to have time sensitive communication delivered to you on an almost daily basis. The influx of COVID enquiries definitely dominated our service provision, however, we continued to ensure that we kept in regular contact with you on any other operational issues that were impacting your businesses.  Read more of Gary's message in the full issue below.
