Since our last article covering this topic, the QTA have received several calls surrounding the mandating of vaccinations. Over the same time, there has been improved clarity surrounding the lawfulness of employer-led mandates. To assist members who may be considering whether or not they will mandate that employees be vaccinated against COVID-19, we offer the following advice.
