$1 Million penalty imposed on Employsure for making false and misleading representations

On Monday, 29 November 2021, Employsure were ordered to pay a penalty of $1 million in conclusion to the case brought by the ACCC in the Federal Court.  The QTA last reported on the matter in August 2021, having followed the matter for several years and having assisting members with their own Employsure issues for longer.
