Where the bloody hell are they?  'They' are the people you will need to work in your business into the future.

What we do know, is that we are competing with many other industries for staff. This workshop is about making the road freight transport industry one of choice not chance.

This interactive workshop will challenge you to think about:

• your processes, mindset, culture and strategy to be able to build your future workforce.
• what part you can play to grow the profile of the road freight industry and attract people to the industry 

Along with the QTA staff and the Busy Group, we will have a specialist industry facilitator to steer the discussion.
