Following from recently published articles, both from the QTA and DWF focusing on two landmark High Court decisions which considered whether a worker is an employee or contractor, DWF will take a deeper dive into the implications of these decisions for the road freight industry.
Join DWF’s Head of Employment, Safety & Regulatory - Matthew Smith and Senior Associate - Mason Fettell as they discuss the significance of these decisions that have refocused the "multifactorial" test (that has been followed for over 20 years) to make it clear that regard must be had first and foremost to the terms of the agreement between the parties.
